I’ve had this for a few weeks now, it’s been nice. The seat is comfy, like actually comfy, even when I’m sitting in it for a longer stretch. It doesn’t feel flimsy or cheap either, which I was happy about.

Setting it up wasn’t too bad. I did have to look back at the instructions a couple of times, but once I got going, it was fine, fine. The website was easy to use too, and I didn’t run into any real problems there.

The only reason I’m going with 4 stars is because delivery took longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, but still a little annoying. Overall though, I’m happy with it, happy enough that I’d still recommend it.

I reached out to Swingular support the wait for replies was exhausting. It felt like my message was just sitting there and nobody was really looking into it. I get that support teams can be busy, but when you actually need help, sitting around waiting again and again gets old fast.

It took way longer to put together than I expected. The instructions weren’t super clear in a few spots, so I kept having to stop and figure out what they actually meant... definitely not the easiest setup

The order showed up fine and everything looked okay at first, but once I actually started using it, it felt kind of cheap. Not totally awful, but definitely had that flimsy, bargain-bin vibe.
After a little while, some parts started wearing out and now it just doesn’t feel sturdy at all. For the price, I expected it to hold up way better. It’s not the worst thing ever, but yeah, disappointing junk...

My order showed up sooner than I was expecting, which was a nice suprise. Everything was packed up neat and nothing was damaged in the box. it all went smooth, so I’d order from swingular.com again.

I went into Swingular not expecting a whole lot, but I was pleasantly surprised. For what I paid, it felt like a good deal and everything worked the way I needed it to. It’s definitely not the fanciest option out there, and there were a few moments where it felt a little basic, but nothing that really ruined the experience. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid choice if you’re trying to save some money and still get something that gets the job done.
